Anypoint Devkit Plugin is not installed with Anypoint Studio by default. So, if you want to create a new Connector for using in your Mule application, the first thing we need to do: install Anypoint Devkit Plugin for Anypoint Studio. In this tutorial, I will guide you to do this.

First, let’s open Anypoint Studio and select the Help menu, then select Install New Software …

In the Work with box, click the drop-down menu, you will see the Anypoint Devkit Update Site item as follows:

Select this item, you will see Anypoint Devkit Plugin appear in the table below. Please select it!

then click on the Next button.

Click Finish to start installing!

Once installed, you can create any new Anypoint Connector Project to start developing new Connector.
